How much do I pay for shipping?

Depending on where you are located or what type of product we have, the shipping fee varies. You can check the shipping fee by visiting a particular product in our store. Also, promos and discounts are regularly happening so make sure you watch out for those!

 

Where do you ship?

As of the moment, we are only servicing customers within the US. Our team is working into expanding our horizons and we will soon start shipping internationally.

 

How long will I wait for my product to arrive?

Our products are coming from our international warehouse. Depending on various factors, your order will arrive between 3-4 weeks upon confirmation that your order is being processed.

 

Is there an option to cancel a placed order?

We receive hundreds of orders a day so we process them immediately once we receive them. Unfortunately, there is no way to cancel an order once it is placed. Before you checkout, we encourage you to be 100% sure about your purchase.

 

Can I return damaged products?
